It does seem to be connecting to update server problem. Ooops I thought that this was the WO tech issues. I have no idea re HOST file etc and never edited anything . Looked in both those places and my head spins. Ok will try to find the WO tech area. ty for the reply. Will be in touch.

Having the same issue - so frustrating. Missing my wurm 'fix' Done the java update - although it confirmed I had the latest. Only thing different is Internet explorer popped up to say they had discontinued supporting certain plug in's - guess java may be one. I then downloaded Firefox only to be stopped at the sign in again with downloading at 0% and staying that way. Oh just wanted to add - I am trying to get into wurm online - have never had this problem before and last night (10 hours ago ) I was having no problems at all.

So frustrating. I also can no longer get into the game. I have spent all afternoon - java updated. I reach the log in window of wurm and have no option to play as the downloading in red is at 0% and there it sits - taunting me,

" Loot from the kill will be kept and given to some people" Everyone who took the time and trouble - bringing their own food and healing etc falls into this group. Especially the deed owner who generously opened up his deed to hunters. Hope you gave him something nice apart from the blood which automatically falls into everyone's inventory. Hope all who went had fun.

Bring the ability to lead 4 animals with one rope back. Definitely a plus to this game.

I used this all the time, was totally unaware that it was a bug. To me it made sense that a higher skill rope would lead more animals. This was a fun part of game for me (even though a small feature) I am a farmer at heart and it allowed me to move the animals a lot easier.
