Because we didn´t played with THIS decay all the years. If some people don´t realize that the decay has changed they may have special deeds. That is the nub of the matter.

Well, looks like the majority of the players has a different opinion. Good to see that they already work on it.

No one who ask kindly for help or aid ingame will usually (!) get anything else than help or aid, even from someone like me. Someone with a certain attitude will ofc get what that kind of person usually gets. An attitude of people "who quit" and comes back for a whiny post how unfair and hard the game, the community and the world is for an example. But for 1) so is EvE online, some games are played because they aquire more attention than the "average pc player of today" does. Not everyone want to play a brain-afk game, there enough of them... more than enough. 2) yea sure, thats why (mostly relativ new people) complains in the chat all the time that there is "no empty spot without people to settle". But maybe all that was different when you was still playing the game... PS: the graphic-thing shows where you come from btw, wurm has improved its graphic alot in the last 2-3 years and looks very good for an independent game.

As it looks now the majority of the players wants that feature, that Rolf would earn money with it (ofc it shouldn´t be for free) is just a positive side effect.

I know why i never even thought about set a paw on epic. Also even i wouldn´t have expected that amount of harassment by gameplay.

Its weired anyway, i got 2 ql 32ish meals in my barrel (the barrel before was suddenly gone 3 days after i repaired it last time, was only ql 16 or something, but still...) that lasts until 5 days now. With 70ish damage, but still... Not that i care about meals, but for containers like FsBs and BsBs where i store things i put dozens of hours of of work into i feel grieved from decay on my deed. PS: another meal ql 95+ just took 87,somewhat dmg over night (8,5 hours in a barrel too) so i guess its absolut random... like so many things in wurm.

You must have missed many posts in the last years. That was asked alot and was proclaimed as "not possible" and "will never happen". Well, it is oviously possible because it happened. It is a common practice in (almost) all MMOs that names, once taken, aren´t aviable anymore. Wurm isn´t the first mmo, we don´t have to act as if we have to invent something entirely new. (or to make things sounds overcomplicated)

That is always the case for people who make such threads. Its like a beg for ignore list. PS: Bashurs followers can thank their holy leader for being treated like that, someone with that behavior and attitude will get slaugthered on any pvp-sever in any game he put his feet on.
