IMO Wurm is losing money not allowing this and for those who can use high QL on home servers most if not all are there to stay either with friends or as Defence anyway.

Just an idea since pliers are useless now they should be used for Chain Armour Smithing rather than a whetstone, at any chain armour recreation for medievil fairs you will always see a pair of pliers you wont always see a whetstone. xD

The travels of a Fugly nature. I had just steped through the portal to teleport me to freedom isles as some friends had been awaiting me to join the world once i had become of age, my eyes were blinded as this new world opened before me. Was this the world where my destiny was awaiting me? Only time would only tell. Someone greeted me when i became acustomed to the strange new light, "Hey names Valek Saddist sent me" as he invited me to join the village of the Fallen Shroud,i accepted but what lay ahead of me i had no idea, i looked around and Saw many differnt views from tall rock mountains going as far as the eye could see down to beautiful green valleys as i was told the name Samling was where we were, Valek walked out to the middle of the water and motioned for me to come with him and i did, as we swam out into the bay i was starting to get weak from swimming so much the waves lapping at my face as i pushed further out behind Valek, i called out"i dont know if i can do this much more" as i got a mouth full of fresh water from the bay, awaiting a reply i kept swimming to try and keep up with him. All of a sudden i had a bad feeling like all my items (which was very few) were dragging me under the water and drowning me, i looked up to find my new friend was also struggling with the water we were hurt bad and the waves wernt helping, i called one last time "ahh i think i will need help here i am drownign" as he turned to me and said "thats the point my friend welcome to this world of Wurm" as everything went dark red as blood swelled in my eyes, i was dead. When i died i thought i would see a bright light or flashes of my life pass before my eyes, friends i had left behind before the portal, mabey remember a field i had planted with flowers once in a more peaceful time but what happened next was no short of a miricle as i heard a voice in my head asking if i wished to got to the village of the fallen ... Stunned i pleaded with the voice "yesss it not my time yet i have yet to see this world", my eyes opend as i found myself being greeted by Valek and a few other faces i didnt know when through the large tree-like gates walked Saddist. "Rough start hey" he said as he motioned for me follow him around my new home i saw many sights there i was told we lived on the southern side of a bay in the Inner Sea, met many companions that day as a house was built for my arrival and a bed was made. i met the leatherworker named Stika who made me some leathers to cover my skin i also met Majorminor who had gotten some of the best iron ore around for making my weapons it was a quiet peaceful place that i could call home for many moons. all good suggestions, fact is yes some people wouldnt like bright pink walls on slabs and such but if its not your deed its not your say and if it isnt deeded then you should be able to use an Iron brush (one of the most unused items -.-) to remove it if you didnt put it there or wish to change it. would add alittle more fun to the game atleast :}

OK as this was origionally about my full Drake set QL35 also 2hand sword RT99 CoC97 AD MS67 and lagging into lava as i have said yes i accept when i have lava on deed stuff can happen but during a lag spike walking about 10-13 tiles away into instant death ... -.- that was rude unfortunate mabey Servers fault most likely since its a new one to me and i havnt died to the lava once yet.. , but as ppl go on to say give your players a cookie if they are done over and its server related as i explained to you i only just got 100 Euro in pp got 6 mnths prem and payed for the armour had it for 2 days and lost it to lag -.- something but a slap in the face woulda been nice as i even said hell make me pay alittle like 10s for the reimbersement of an Accident and i would have just to get it bk but now i'm losing faith ingame and as i said to rolf i doubt i will ever spend as much on it again due to this. If its "gold beta" the main word being BETA then in most situations i cant think of having to pay for beta ... played over 3-5 Alpha test games and 10+ Beta's including pay to play games but in beta there is no cost untill it went to open. The only one i can think of that did have a cost was again via Donation due to private server which i was even a GM for to help out but still he was forced to close it when it came to wipe and ppl wanted their money refunded ingame which makes perfect sense. now yes i understand your want to put this up asap to get it fixed as this is quite bad publicity and bad word of mouth for Wurm also a Very important addition to EULA ppl agree too but i also think the majority of ppl here would agree that if something like this happens and it is servers fault as someone said give em a cookie like i suggested offer to replace items for cost or even as has ben done in the past reimberse something, but expect if your not reimbersing that alot will quit after a wipe or accidental server items loss's Kinda like you did with Champs that was crude and logs should have been able to tell you who was abusing that punish them not all your current and future players. well thats my 2 cents. dose it make sence, i hope so i spent enough on wurm already i need to make something back xD
